Born in Senegal, and growing up in Paris, Ned moved to the states as a teenager. Ned received his degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Upon graduation, Ned pursued his French roots and went to work with Pascal Oudin at Pascal on Ponce. He then ventured to Le Bistro, the St. Regis of Fort Lauderdale and opened the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Cielo to become the Chef de Cuisine. In 2013, Ned was named a Best Chefs of America Best Chef of Palm Beach County.
Prior to The Rusty Hook Tavern, Ned was the Chef and opening proprietor of Dixie Tracks Cafe in Fort Lauderale, FL.
Originally from Morocco, Kareem has been an integral part of the industry along the East Coast for the past 20 years. He met Ned while he was the Bar Manager at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Cielo. Kareem was voted Best Mixologist by Sun-Sentinel in 2009.
Prior to The Rusty Hook Tavern, Kareem was the opening proprietor of Dixie Tracks Cafe in Fort Lauderale, FL.
